Plumb Ready Plumbing lived up to the high recommendation from my former plumber who’s no longer in business. Bruce first accessed the work needed & gave me estimate. Then he asked if I wanted to proceed. The amount was reasonable & fair for the job I needed. He & his assistant used shoe covers while inside the house & worked tirelessly for over three hours to successfully complete what was needed. He gave me periodic updates with detailed information, including details on the invoice. He took pictures and shared them with me. After having my septic tank drained today it was discovered I needed internal help. Plumb Ready plumbing and Bruce Fortenberry were recommended to me. He came out and check things out and gave me options. I cannot recommend them high enough for the service they have provided this day. Courteous, on time and very fairly priced. Bruce and Roland at Plumb Ready were excellent! Bruce gave me an estimated time for arrival when I called about my unplanned water line repair. He and Roland were able to come earlier than he estimated and had our water line repaired quickly. They even put the grass plug back on top of the repair hole. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Plumb Ready in the future.

Had a water heater that malfunctioned and wanted to get a few estimates before making a decision on who to use. Bruce came right out and gave me a free, no-pressure estimate. Ended up using my wife’s brother-in-law’s business who she happened to remember did plumbing but will DEFINITELY use Bruce and Plumb Ready to install the whole house purifier and softener I got at Lowe’s that’s been sitting in the garage for almost 6 months now.

I had an outside gas leak and Bruce called me about one hour before the scheduled appointment time to let me know they were running ahead of schedule. Bruce asked me if it was OK for them to come early, and I said it was fine with me. Bruce and his apprentice were very polite and professional. Bruce inspected the pipes, gave me a fair price for the work, and then made the repair. I was very pleased with their service and I will definitely be calling Plumb Ready when I need plumbing repairs in the future.

Plumb Ready is amazing, HIGHLY recommended. Took less than 24 hours from the initial phone call to a finished repair. Replaced some disintegrating cast iron drain pipes and they did an excellent job with everything. Quality was good, price was fair, communication was straightforward, just all around superb work.

Had these guys out twice for 2 different leaks both times they came out and fixed the leaks the day of or the next day. The second time was for the leak under my sink, they help me out and put a turn off control valve under my sink and it was very responsibly priced. Thank you..
Bruce and his team were amazing! They installed a new toilet in the bathroom and a undersink water filter system for my ice maker. The guys provided good quality service and I learned a few diy things along the way. This is my second time using his services and I'll definitely use his company again for my future plumbing needs.
