Bruce and his team at Plumb Ready is excellent, hard working, and honest. During the entire process, I felt informed and confident that I was making the right decision by using Plumb Ready. Bruce and his team replaced a 10' section of pipe over the course of 1 morning, and cleared decades worth of blockages in my 1957 original plumbing. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had a pipe bust at noon on Sunday Christmas day. Everywhere we called was booked out to Thursday. We called Plumb Ready after finding them on Google just to see if they could come out sooner then Thursday. We were hoping at least Monday or Tuesday. The phone rang about three times and Bruce picked up. We told him what happened, he asked what color/type of pipe had busted. He said he was at a job but he’d be able to get us in since it was fairly straight forward and simple. My girlfriend left to have Christmas with her family in Marietta, and by the time she arrived there Bruce made it to our house. He was able to come in analyze what we said was wrong, find even more damage we hadn’t been able to find and replace everything in just over an hour.
He was able to make some recommendations on things we could do to avoid damage in the future, and some upgrades we could make in the spring time.
I’m a major supporter of locally owned and operated businesses and we will ONLY be using Bruce and Plumb Ready plumbing for future repairs and upgrades in our home.

I found Plumb Ready on Google Reviews and decided to use them based on their superlative reviews - the cold snap of 10 degree days/nights caused an elbow joint to fail outside our shower wall but inside the attic.

Every plumber was booked solid, but Bruce with plumb ready called me to offer to have a colleague come out and fix us up. By the time I got back to him, they'd already got on another job. Bruce called me back that afternoon and said he was right around the corner, so he stopped by.
He spent about 15 minutes chasing down the failure; he explained to me exactly what had to be done, and exactly how much it was going to cost. Once I gave him the thumbs up, we were back in business flushing toilets and no longer taking it for granted.
Bruce also showed me something that would need to be corrected down the road with a pressure converter, but it wasn't a big deal at the moment.
When Bruce left, I felt like I'd been knowing him for years, like somebody I'd know from church. He has such an amicable way about him, and he picked up on my anxiety and talked me down (house full of girls and no water).
I won't use anybody else in the future. Bruce was early (day or two before my scheduled visit), professional, knowledgeable, and he even talked to me about his professional opinions without sounding like he was pressuring me into any further costs.
I paid for the service (was far less than I'd feared) but I still feel like I owe him one 😉
